Sri Mahaveera Nursery & School was started in the year 1984 by Shri B.Megakumaran Jain along with his friend , with the noble aim to impart Quality English medium education to the poor and the under privilege students surrounding our school areas and neighboring villages. Initially the school name was “Sri Mahaveera Convent.”

Our journey started with 8 students with two teachers in the year 1984 and continues till now successfully without losing our core founding principles. We have good reputation in our town for imparting quality education with values. We have produced some many doctors, engineers, teachers through our strong foundation teaching methodology.

Our school is run by Sri Mahaveera Educational Trust, and our School is Recognized by Govt. Of Tamil Nadu Reg No. 3090 .

Founder Profile :
Our Founder Shri Megakumaran Jain is a teacher by profession, have served as a Craft Teacher for more than 34 in Govt schools in various places in tamilnadu.He his well known for his courage and bold service. He teaches with personal care and affection. He molded 1000 s of students during his career. Apart from that, he served his community with lot of noble works. He is instrumental in constructing a Jain Temple in cheyyar.
